40 hours per week' Report to:
Director of Logistics
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
Track shipments, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Other duties as assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-orientated, and able to think through logistic challenges critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
