Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing and Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leasing, coupled with exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, interact positively with tenants, and contribute to the overall success of our property management team.
Responsibilities:
Leasing:
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through various communication channels.
Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and assist with the leasing documentation process.
Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team.
Maintain organized and accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and related documentation.
Help coordinate lease renewals, rent collections, and resolve tenant inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of property-related notices and communications.
Tenant Relations:
Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns, inquiries, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between tenants and property management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Organization and Efficiency:
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for maintenance and other relevant activities.
Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency within the property management office.
Assist in maintaining an organized and tidy office space.
Qualifications:
Leasing
Experience:
Proven experience in leasing residential or commercial properties.
Familiarity with leasing processes, applications, and documentation.
Administrative Skills:
Proficient in office software (e.
g.
, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Personable and Professional:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while dealing with tenants and team members.

Education and
Experience:
