We are seeking an experienced CSR with 5
years of marketing commercial Iines accounts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
NJ Property and Casualty Insurance License Experience with Applied EPIC Must have 5
years of experience in commercial lines Independently market/quote new business and account renewals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to understand written and oral communication and interpret complex information to respond appropriately.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of commercial lines coverage(s), policy forms and documentation.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Maintain customer relationships and build customer loyalty.
