We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings.
This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes to meet client expectations - Complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail - Provide exceptional customer service and address client preferences -Adhere to cleaning schedules and deadlines -Notify management of any maintenance issues or supply shortages -Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred -Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations -Supply your own cleaning equipment -Strong work ethic and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and efficiently -Good communication skills and professionalism Compensation:
We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing for the clients.
You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% of each job plus tips which equals $25-$30 per cleaning hour.
