Front Server Requirements:
Previous experience (2 years) as a Server is required.
A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are most important.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests.
Interest in local food movements, sustainability, and seasonal cooking.
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexibility to work morning, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Bartender Requirements:
Previous experience in a bartending or mixology role is preferred, but a passion for learning and customer service is paramount.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests.
A willingness to learn and grow, both in skill and knowledge about farm-to-table practices and local sourcing.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends reflecting the seasonal nature of our menu and events.
