Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing - Assist customers with placing orders,scheudling trips, and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams such as line service, to deliver customer requests in a timely manner - Coordinate with rental car agnecies to book rental cars - Maintain accurate customer records in our database - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates for employees.
