55kWe are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for a new role within our rapidly expanding team.

1.
Gather and organize payroll data, compute wages and deductions, and update payroll records.
2.
Review computed wages and correct any errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
3.
Document changes affecting net wages and maintain up-to-date master payroll records.
4.
Generate periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
5.
Prepare and distribute paychecks.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.
- Skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Experience managing high-volume, high-pace payrolls.
- Experience working within a payroll platform is essential.
This position is 100% remote, reporting to the VP of Shared Services.
The selected candidate must be available for a 2-week on-site training period in Tennessee at the commencement of the role.
