Summary:
As the operations associate you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of organizations.
You will work under the supervision of the Director of Operations and perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents, preparing reports, maintaining internal databases, processing requests, and coordinating across departments.
Responsibilities:
? Creates daily reports ? Provides real-time assistance ? Performs routine admin tasks ? Identifies opportunities for operations improvements ? Handles ad hoc tasks ? Ensures deliverables are met ? Helps track KPIs ? Sets up meetings and appointments ? Comply with local, state and federal confidentiality laws and regulations ? Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the agency, as appropriate ? Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences ? Abide by Pax Health code of ethics and model values
Qualifications:
? Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ? Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite or related software ? Excellent organizational and project management skills ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Hard working and detail-oriented ? Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred Job Type:
