We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk in our Legal Department.
The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain data in our systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in data entry tasks as well as have some legal background.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain entry to work in the legal filed.
Duties:
- Enter data from contracts into our database systems accurately and efficiently - Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system - Maintain and update records as needed - Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks - Assist with file organization and management - Conduct entry tasks as required - Provide general clerical support to the team
Experience:
- Legal office experience or knowledge of legal terminology a plus.
