Job Duties: Responsible for product safety testing and evaluation of electrical/electronic products to determine compliance with product safety standards i.e. ANSL, UL, CSA, EN, IEC. Conduct testing and evaluation of electrical/electronic products to determine compliance with product safety standards. Manage and review safety testing projects and reports prepared by other engineers. Mentor less senior technical personnel. Communicate project status and test results to clients and provide ongoing support and guidance to client. Analyze and interpret test results and draft reports. Oversee/resolve complex engineering issues on projects. Responsible for scheduling and facilitating project plan internally and with other internal laboratories. Exercise independent engineering judgment and perform filed labeling work. Provide sales support on technical issues and supply quotes to sales. Actively represent the company by participating on standard/industry committees and associations such as NEPA committee and standard development panels. Maintain knowledge of design and programming of various LSS products and new technology trends in the product group.
Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in electrical or electronics engineering. 2 years related testing experience (including troubleshooting, schematic reading and electronic design and product construction review/evaluation). Also require the following which may have been obtained concurrently: 2 years of experience testing with DMM, o-scope, Temperature recording instruments, Pressure equipment (including ANSI, CSA, UL, EN, IEC).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
