Amirit Technologies is currently looking for Technical recruiter to work from their Fairfield, NJ office.
- Coaches, trains and advises recruitment staff on appropriate interview techniques and selection processes, candidate workflow, system queries, new hire processing, etc.
- Proactively consults with hiring managers/administrator for designated specialty areas to identify future internal/external candidate pool requirements relative to projected growth and restructuring, quality of service and access, and technological issues for each assigned position.
- Develops, designs and implements marketing plan for assigned position (e.g. advertisements, direct mail campaigns, participation/attendance at job fairs and professional conferences).
- Uses negotiation expertise and persuasion skills to balance and influence hiring manager's/candidate's desires with realistic expectations.
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment, organizational policy, benefits and compensation, EEO, relocation and all collective bargaining agreements.
- Proactively identifies need for process improvement, identifies key stakeholders and leads continuous quality improvement of processes and/or other projects as necessary.
- Provides career transition services as needed for management and other staff.
- Services (assessment, counseling and job/skill matching).
- Assesses employee skills, background and interests to assist employee with career management and to determine appropriate internal openings for the employee to transition into.
- Demonstrates ability to recruit a diverse candidate pool through culturally competent recruitment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relation or related field -
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in recruitment screening and selection of technical/professional, business or IT professionals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
