The Branch Manager is liable for the operation and growth of our armored transportation and cash processing facilities. Utilizing strong logistics and operations leadership experience, the Branch Manager will build teamwork and morale while managing the day-to-day branch operations. It is the role of the Branch Manager to lead a team which may involve assistant managers, supervisors, support staff, Driver/Messengers, vault personnel, and cash processing staff, depending upon the size of the branch. The successful applicant will develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff and responds to customers. In addition, she/he will promote employee development and create independent action plans that prepare employees for promotional opportunities.
