Analyze end users business and operational process issues and requirements to implement and improve current Oracle Financial applications such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Inventory and Fixed Assets. Analyze end users requirements, operation procedure and problems to automate and enhance current systems including review of system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitation to be improved. Maintain and monitor current production system to address all day to day end users issues including system bugs and errors. Maintain and address all interface data related issues and custom programs. Test, maintain and monitor Oracle Financials production system including troubleshooting and resolving technical program issues. Enhance or modify system process to meet new requirements or improve work flow. Assist end users and staffs solving system related problems such as system bugs, program errors. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedure in accordance with company IT standards. Review and analyze custom PL SQL programs and custom codes to locate code problems and correct errors by correcting the program codes. Maintain and coordinate the link/interface between Oracle Financials and third party bolt-on systems and resolve issues. Confer with support staff and business users regarding the nature of operation or system process needs enhancements to current system. Consult with Manager to ensure agreement on IT System compliance requirements. Read manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn and enhance technical skills to help in improving current system functionality to automate staff and end user requirements.
35 hours/week.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related degree, followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.
