Customer Service Manager
Huffman Koos Furniture is seeking an experienced manager to join our Service Department. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for serving the customer's needs and proven success in problem resolution from start to finish.
Responsibilities include serving as a mentor and coach for customer service representatives, act as a liaison with a variety of departments to ensure customer satisfaction, guarantee a timely response to warranty and service issues, and create an atmosphere of cooperation and support throughout the organization.
Qualifications include the ability to multi-task and react quickly to customer's needs, possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with a good attention to detail and proficiency with Excel. Previous experience of 2+ years in a service management role is desired, previous furniture experience would be a plus!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
