Operations Manager - Fairfield, NJ

Responsible for administering operational activities in warehouse related to shipping/receiving material, organization & inventory management, supervising warehouse employees and drivers, ensuring & implementing of all appropriate safety regulations (OSHA). Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery scheduled.
Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers
Organize and Maintain delivery schedule daily with efficient route planning
Responsible for Inventory management and control
Responsible for entering orders into SAP
Interact with customers to show material in warehouse
Load and unload product from truck, flatbed or container
Move product within warehouse by using forklift or overhead crane
Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
Operate forklift, trucks, and/or railcars
lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met
Other duties as assigned
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Professional Communication skills to interact with customers
Ability to work in fast paced environment that may change frequently
Detail Oriented
Ability to organize schedules and multi-task

Computer/ Technical Requirements:

Microsoft Office
Inventory Management program such as Navision or SAP
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
