Job Description:
Should have previous E911 coordination experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in EMS/PSAP liaising
Prior experience working on ATT/Sprint is preferable
Able to do E911 troubleshooting
Experience with completing and validating TVW forms
Experience on mapping tools such as Microsoft Streets & Trips
E911 troubleshooting
Proficient in the use of Excel, V lookups, and MS project.
Ability to host calls with Client SMEs and web based toolsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
