Job Description:
Oversees all aspects of Telecom construction projects from planning to completion including coordinating efforts between client, site work force and equipment vendors to makes sure all the work is done as per the client requirements
Reviews and respond to client RFP's for all future projects
Review and approve all department expenses and timesheets, as well as all company construction related purchase orders and invoices
Should have hands on experience to guide the CM's and PM to perform site inspections and/or approve installations
Communicates effectively in writing and verbally to all levels of management and external contacts with varying professional disciplines
Administrative reports and miscellaneous projects
Job Requirement:
Preferred to have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or 15
years of experience in Telecom Construction projects.
Must have highly developed knowledge of construction management including Site and Antenna work, Civil work, DAS installation, Small Cell installation, Running fiber, Digging and trenching, Generator install, electrical distribution, Site surveys
Will have supervisory/training/mentoring experience
Knowledge of contract documents, specifications and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet browsing
Able to read/write English. Bilingual Spanish a plus
Must be open to travelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
